io penso di starci per il weekand comrpeso pista, previo pero due conti sulla spesa ....

info di servizio, la pista di fiume è nota come mangia gomme, le info a me pervenute da piu gente dicono che tiene bene su qualsiasi condizione di tempo ma fa fuori molta percentuale di gomme .... ergo caciottari come me, è una buona occasione per finire gomme scrause ...

hello guys!!

Well i have some contacts with Andre via mail, and all I can say that you are all great guys. well as I can see there is no many of you interested in track day in Rijeka. Maybe next time when we ( together ) organize international track day

So, what about coming to Zagreb next week? Some of our friends from Austria, Slovenia, Hungary, Serbia, Bosnia ( and maybe switzerland ) are coming... A few cars from each country, but thats great start for "regional" meetings.

We all hope to see some of you next week. I already sent mail to Andre, with all details, and now I`ll repeat it once again here. Please send to my mail: acera@hondafanclub.hr these info: how many cars are coming, when are you coming, and are you staying over night. If you decide to come, we`ll organize some cars on entrance in zagreb to escort you to meeting place, and even better, you can meet our friends in Istria and drive with them to Zagreb. And know take a deep breath and read everything I wrote, its a bit long text, but please take your time.

Well if you decided to come to our meeting in Croatia, here is few things youneed to know about us, our laws, prices...

Program of the official Honda meeting starts at 10am on 06.May and ends at 10pm, after all day event we organize afterparty in famous club in Zagreb called Aquarius.

You will be informed of weather in Zagreb few days before meeting so that you can make a decision, go or not to go to Zagreb :)

The whole thing is organized in Zagreb on lake Jarun, which is very attractivepart of our city, and is perfect place for this kind of meeting. club in which will afterpartytook place is also on Jarun.

Like I already said the whole thing starts at 10am, and now a few details about program:

The croatian Honda Fan club will have a short introduction, there will also be afew words from our sponsors.

There will also be a presentation of new Civic, and those who are interested will beable to drive test Hondas..

The DJ plays whole day long... :) drinking and eating ( at very popular prices ) alsoavalaible whole day

A lot of games for visitors with attractive awards ( sponsors are sony, valvoline, etc, etc )

Two PlayStation 2 consoles will also be there with playseats so there will be a littletournament organized ( probably in gran tourismo or something like that )

paintball and driving of quads will also be organized...

burn out, styling and tuning show...

probably I forgot something, but the meeting is taking place whole day and there is really a lots of things that are going to happend, this is just a part of whole day events that are going to took place.

Of course after 10pm, we are all going to club Aquarius ( few hundred meters away from place where the meeting will happen ) and we`ll drink till morning... :)

These are few things about program of meeting. if you are interested in more info please let me know.

Some general info:

We can arange your accomodation at Zagreb Hotel ( pretty close to center of Zagreb ) it has only 2 stars and the price for rooms is 25euro/per person. I think it`s a cheap, and tidy place to stay for one ( or two ) nights.

About drinks and food... Well it depends on what and where will you eat... Few examples: Cola costs 0.82 euro, pizza 4 euro, beer ( depends on what you drink ) 0.50 - 2.5 euro, and the menu`s at mcdonalds costs about 4 euro. The prices may vary but these are general figures.

prices of gas: gasoline with 95 octane costs 1.10 euros/liter and the diesel ( who needs diesel? :) )
is 1.02euros/liter. If you are going to pour a gas in croatia I recommend that you do it on these gas stations: INA, OMV, TIFON, MOL. stay away from small private gas stations they usually sell gas of miserable quality.

There is also a great grid of highways in Croatia, they are relatively new and built in last few years. They are not free and they have their payment systems.

You have an option to go to regional roads which are mostly in good conditions, and If you try a little harder you can travel free of charge through Croatia. For those who like fast travelling here are the prices: the prices are for first category vehicles ( bikes, cars )

if you are travelling from Hungary you need to go to border at Gorican, there is begining of highway that will take you straight to Zagreb... so for the relation from Gorican to Zagreb you`ll have to pay 5 euro.

if you are coming from Slovenia, you may go to Bregana: price for travelling from Bregana to Zagreb is 1 euro. or you can go to Macelj. Price for Macelj- Zagreb is 1.5 euro

if you are coming from Italy and entering Croatia at "Rupa" from Rupa to Rijeka you will have to pay 1 euro and from Rijeka to Zagreb 8 euro.

Also when entering Croatia remember to turn on short lights on your car!! Lights must be on during day ( and night :) )

If you are going to drive through our highways watch out for interceptors!!! Speed limit is 130km/h but they will tolerate speed up to 160km/h ( rumors from caught ones ). Anyway beware.
Be on watch for: Honda Accord, Skoda Superb, Ford Mondeo and vw passat. these cars are croatian interceptors. License plates from these cars are also avalaible, so if you are interested...

Police is also zero tolerating alcohol!! You can`t drink and drive in croatia because permited concetration of alcohol is 0.0 o/oo Of course you can always risk...

I`ll need to know exact number of cars that are coming to zagreb, and we can organize some cars to meetyou somewhere out of zagreb if you want. It will probably be a best and most painless way for you to find us in Zagreb.

We came from trieste, so we can meet with the guys in istria.

Se si può sapere quanto costerebbe di pernottamento e se ci fosse qualche veneto o che che fa la strada fino a Trieste assieme potrei anche pensare di venire!

Lufo thanks for your interest. I still haven`t got a mail from you. I sent you one to your hotmail account. I need a time of your coming to Istria so I can arrange some of our members to wait for you somewhere. It will also be nice
from you to send me your mobile phone number ( with country prefix ) so we can exactly arrange everything when you come to istria. So far that I can see
the weather on saturday will be fine, a bit cloudy but fine, so...

Purtroppo, per i più disparati motivi, ho paura che tutti i friulani paccheranno

we`ll I regret to hear that. I will send you a photo gallery of meeting, so that you can see how it was in Zagreb, and I hope that we`ll stay in touch, and maybe together organize a meeting later this year, or next year.

i think we could organize a track day in rijeka.
