For the Block I have to choices:
a 2.1L able to rev up to 10.000 or a 2.2L reving with 9.000rpm limit

Juan i think that a NA setup like this are good for a fast ap1
Spoon/toda F22 2.2 L block
4 ITB with AEM EMS or J's Intake with EMS
WOrked Head
J's Headers and T1R 70R catback with test pipe. (supersprint road dual pipe are not good for hard tuning, racing single one yes)
check here the test
http://www.hondaclub.it/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18355
i think you can have 280 cv in security.
and CE28 17 x 9 with 255 all around with no spacers

That wheel set up is nice but you have to change some things in your suspension setting but I like it tooZON ha scritto:Juan i think that a NA setup like this are good for a fast ap1

for the Spoon Set up you need to bore the block, Toda is ok but revolution limit is 8000, and it do not have not special, it is like the US AP2 but with higher compression.
ITB gain, 5 hp, is worthless for all the work that you have to do and cost a lot +/- ?3000
I want a dual because single is to loud and police here is very peaky.
The AEM cai is cheapper and as good as J' Racing.
Regarding the Exhaust Suerspirit looks nice and sounds good... I really miss my amuse
I am speaking with a shop who got 271 At the wheel with a 2.3L

Bore the F20C is not simple! The block need to be resleeved and it isn't a simple work!!!!!
Long stroke setup as the 90,7mm is not even the best choice.Piston velocity and acceleration become too high over 8000rpm.
The "solution" is to work on stock displacement if you want good reliability.
P.S. Excuse me,but my English is not so well

I have seen 2.2L reving to 9000 rpm, with a 88.5mm stroke. the AP2 needs to upgrade the valve spring, you cna have an AP2 block with a AP1 head and rev to 8.500.eTiLiKo ha scritto:Bore the F20C is not simple! The block need to be resleeved and it isn't a simple work!!!!!

what are your future plan?? I mean, what part do yuo would use if you start to build-up a NA motor??
congrats again for your extremly clean bosted S2000
OT:
suggestion for your avatar:
I looking 2 option a 10.000 rpm 2 L or 9000rpm 2.2L. I will start with a head work then run the car and see how its perform with the rest of bolt - on I need an Exhaust ASAP.

Oh,yes,it isn't a problem of revving possibility,it's a problem of realiability.S2000_Europe ha scritto: I have seen 2.2L reving to 9000 rpm, with a 88.5mm stroke. the AP2 needs to upgrade the valve spring, you cna have an AP2 block with a AP1 head and rev to 8.500.

But if you want pure performances,and don't want a long-lived engine,the problem doesn't exist.

I have with Forced Induction for over 30.000 Kms and my engine is perfect and clean, no detonation...
Building a 2.2L able to spun 9000 and 100% reliable is posible and not very complicated, Honda makes good quility parts but is always comprimised with the price, Normal aftermarked rods can are stonger and lighter than stock one. There is no need of Titanium rods.... Again tihs is a long term project, firts I have to find and Exhaust, and I talking with serious shops, who has racing teams and good reputation in service. It would cost a bit more than a turbo and would have 100 less than a turbo too, but it is more enjoyable and I want a NA track machine able to daily use, no an autobahn missile
